The Target: 1958 Porsche Speedster 356A.
Spotted: Nov. 5, 2011. Canepa Design in Scotts Valley, Calif.
Significance: According to Canepa Design, 1958 was the last year for the production Speedster, but a handful of GT racing cars were produced in 1959. Only 937 Speedsters were built in 1958.
This particular Porsche underwent a complete “nut and bolt” restoration and upgrade to bring it up to Super 90 GT standards, according to Canepa Design.
